You can ask Red Sea Hub to delete your account and the personal information we control.
How to make a request
Email info@redseahub.app with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address on your Red Sea Hub account and tell us whether you signed in with email, Google or Facebook.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt and may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise the account information and user content that we can remove, subject to any information we need to retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Facebook Login
If you used Facebook Login, deleting your Red Sea Hub account does not delete your Facebook account or information held by Meta. You can manage Facebook permissions through your Facebook settings. Red Sea Hub will remove the information we control after a verified deletion request.
